This policy explains how iFusion Volt handles personal information you share with us through this website, by email and when you order. We keep it short because we collect very little. This website has no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own server.
1. Who we are
This website is run by iFusion Volt Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17132118). Our registered office is at Rays House, North Circular Road, London NW10 7XP ("iFusion Volt", "we", "us"). We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.

2. What we collect
When you register interest or send us a message
- Your name and email address and, if you give them, your company and phone number.
- What you're interested in: whether you're buying as an individual, a business, a reseller or a partner, how many units, where you are, what your question is about, and your message or notes.
When you email us
- Your email address, your message and anything you attach.
If you order from us
- Your delivery and billing details, what you ordered, and any warranty registration or claim, so we can deliver, invoice and support your TR-5000W.
When you visit the website
- Server logs: our hosting provider records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. These logs help keep the site running and secure.
- Spam protection: to stop spam, our forms count how many messages come from one connection, using a coded form of your network address that can't be reversed and expires within a day. Messages that look like spam may be marked for review. A person still reads every message.
We don't ask for sensitive information (such as health details). Please don't include it in your message.
3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to you and send what you asked for, such as availability, a quote or how to order: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
- To deliver, invoice and support an order, including warranty claims: performing our contract with you.
- To keep the website secure and free of spam: our legitimate interest in protecting our website and team.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations: legal obligation.
We don't sell your information. If you register interest, we'll contact you about the TR-5000W, and you can ask us to stop at any time. We won't add you to any other mailing list.
4. Who we share it with
- Telegram: messages from our forms are delivered to our team through a Telegram bot, so their content passes through Telegram's servers.
- IONOS: our website hosting and email provider. It stores the server logs described above and the emails you send us.
- jsDelivr: the moving tubes on our home page load a small script from the jsDelivr network, which receives your IP address when it sends the script to your browser.
- Delivery partners, if you order, so they can deliver your TR-5000W.
- Our team in the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka, where they need it to answer you.
- Our accountants, professional advisers or authorities, but only where that's needed or the law requires it.
These providers may only use your information to provide their service to us.
5. International transfers
Our team works in the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka, and some providers, including Telegram and jsDelivr, run servers in other countries, so your information may be handled outside the UK. Where the law requires it, we put appropriate safeguards in place for these transfers.
6. How long we keep it
- Interest registrations and enquiries: 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.
- Orders and invoices: six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
- Warranty registrations: for as long as the warranty lasts.
- Server logs: a limited period set by our hosting provider, for security and troubleshooting.
- Spam-protection counters: less than a day.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong, or delete it;
- restrict how we use it, or object to us using it;
- send it to you or another organisation in a portable format.
Email hello@ifusionvolt.com. We'll reply within one month. There is normally no charge.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. If you're in Sri Lanka, you can also complain to the Data Protection Authority of Sri Lanka.
8. Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies or store anything in your browser, so there's nothing to accept or decline.
9. Security
The website is served only over encrypted HTTPS. Our messaging credentials are kept on the server, never in the pages you load. Access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it.
10. Children
This website is for businesses and adults buying power equipment. It isn't aimed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
