Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1 June 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the iFusion Volt website (the "Site") and your purchase of products from iFusion Volt Ltd ("iFusion Volt", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About us

iFusion Volt Ltd is a company supplying portable power stations, including the TR-5000W, to customers in the United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and other markets. You can contact us at hello@ifusionvolt.com.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or any connected systems;
  • Introduce malicious code, or otherwise interfere with the proper working of the Site;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Site without our prior written consent.

3. Orders and enquiries

Submitting an order enquiry through the Site is an invitation for us to provide a quotation and confirm availability — it does not by itself create a binding contract of sale. A contract is formed only once we issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order before that point.

All prices displayed are indicative, shown in GBP and exclusive of VAT, shipping and any local duties or taxes, unless stated otherwise. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Pricing and payment

We make reasonable efforts to ensure prices are accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the corrected price. Payment terms will be set out in your order confirmation or invoice.

5. Delivery

Delivery timescales are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; title passes once we have received payment in full. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

6. Product use and safety

The TR-5000W is a high-capacity electrical product. You are responsible for using it in accordance with the supplied documentation and all applicable safety regulations. Improper use, modification, or use outside the stated specifications may be dangerous and will void the warranty.

7. Warranty and returns

Products are covered by the iFusion Volt warranty described on our Warranty & Returns page. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and software — is owned by or licensed to iFusion Volt and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of business arising from your use of the Site or our products.

10. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Site at the time you place an order applies to that order. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.

13. Contact
