The iFusion Volt limited warranty

iFusion Volt Ltd warrants the TR-5000W to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ten (10) years from the date of delivery. The battery is warranted to retain a meaningful proportion of its rated capacity across its rated cycle life of 3,500+ cycles, in line with the documentation supplied with the product.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the battery cells, inverter, BMS and enclosure;
• Failure of the unit to perform to its published specifications under normal use;
• Faults in supplied charging cables and accessories.

What is not covered

• Damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse, or operation outside the stated specifications;
• Unauthorised repair, modification or disassembly of the unit;
• Cosmetic wear, and damage from improper storage or transport;
• Damage from connecting non-compliant equipment, or from extreme environmental conditions beyond the rated IP54 and temperature limits.

Making a warranty claim

To make a claim, contact hello@ifusionvolt.com with your proof of purchase, the unit serial number, and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos, video or diagnostic information. Where a valid defect is confirmed, we will, at our option, repair the unit, replace the affected part, or replace the unit.

Returns & refunds

If you are not satisfied, you may return an unused TR-5000W in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. The unit must be undamaged and complete with all accessories.

• Contact us first at hello@ifusionvolt.com to start a return and receive instructions;
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or our error;
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned unit is received and inspected, typically within 14 days;
• Due to its weight (67.5 kg), the TR-5000W requires appropriate handling and freight arrangements for returns, which we will help coordinate.

Your statutory rights

This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law. Where local law provides greater protection, that protection applies.
